Virginia DOT, County Seek Win In EPA Water Flow Limits Suit

Law360, Chicago (November 19, 2012, 4:58 PM EST) -- Virginia's transportation department and a Northern Virginia county asked a federal court to grant them judgment Friday in their suit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's planned water flow restrictions on the Accotink Creek watershed, arguing the agency lacks authority for the regulations under the Clean Water Act.
