Colleges Urge DC Circ. To Revive ACA Contraception Suits

Law360, Washington (November 19, 2012, 4:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. government's repeated promises to ease religious employers concerns over the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate with amendments and temporary revisions don't preclude plaintiffs from challenging the final rule already in place, two religious colleges told the D.C. Circuit on Friday.
