Pa. Glass Co. Drops $2.3M Suit On Principal Of Rival Startup

Law360, Philadelphia (November 20, 2012, 2:52 PM EST) -- UST Glass LLC, a Pennsylvania specialty glass company, sued the wife of a former employee in state court Monday, alleging she provided capital for her husband — while he was still employed at UST — to start a rival business that caused $2.3 million in damages.
