Chevron Hit With $10B Suit Over Deal With Ex-Repsol Unit

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 5:45 PM EST) -- Spanish oil and gas giant Repsol SA is reportedly seeking $10 billion in damages in a suit it filed against Chevron Corp. over the U.S. company's agreement to develop energy sources alongside a former Repsol offshoot expropriated by the Argentinian government without compensation.
