Permits For First Pa. Natural Gas Power Plant Challenged

Law360, Philadelphia (November 20, 2012, 5:27 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania man on Friday challenged permits issued to Moxie Energy LLC for the state’s first all-gas power plant, claiming in an appeal filed with the Environmental Hearing Board that the company hasn’t proven that pollution emissions would be below federal air quality standards.
