Pa. Appeals Court Rejects New Trial In Asbestos Case

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 8:05 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Tuesday reversed a county judge's decision to grant a new trial in a product liability suit after a jury found that John Crane Inc.’s products purportedly contributed to his mesothelioma despite its determination that the plaintiff was not exposed to asbestos.
