Lululemon, Calvin Klein Settle Yoga Pant Design Row

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 9:49 PM EST) -- Exercise apparel giant Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. on Tuesday settled its yoga pant design dispute with Calvin Klein Inc. and its supplier G-III Apparel Group Ltd., which it had accused of selling exercise pants that infringed three Lululemon patents.

The settlement would dismiss the suit with prejudice, according to a notice of voluntary dismissal that Lululemon filed Tuesday in Delaware federal court. Terms of the settlement were not publicly disclosed, the company said in a brief statement announcing the agreement.
