Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 11:34 AM EST) -- Gender-related pay disparities are back in the spotlight with the recently released “Graduating to a Pay Gap” study by the American Association of University Women (AAUW). The study’s top-line finding was that there was an 18-percent pay gap between men and women — even when focusing on pay just one year out of college.
