PTO Ruling: The Court's Opinion

Law360 (November 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Judge Cacheris of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ordered the United States Patent and Trademark Office to do its job under the long-standing rules of the game that all innovators have relied upon.
