Fed. Circ. Nixes Part Of EPlus Online Sales Patent Win

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 6:47 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday threw out part of a jury verdict in favor of ePlus Inc. in a suit over online sales patents, ruling that some claims were indefinite while there was not enough evidence to support a finding that Lawson Software Inc. infringed others claims.
