Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 7:34 PM EST) -- A black investment lawyer fired from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP shortly after the onset of the 2008 recession deserved to lose her job and has no plausible race bias claim, the firm told the Second Circuit on Wednesday.
