Nursing Homes Can Face Negligence Liability, Pa. Court Rules

Law360, Philadelphia (November 26, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that nursing homes can face direct liability claims for negligence, affirming a decision by the state’s Superior Court to grant a new trial to a man suing a facility over the death of his mother.
