Texas Gov. Perry Sends Chief Of Staff To State High Court

Law360, Dallas (November 26, 2012, 3:41 PM EST) -- Gov. Rick Perry on Monday announced he has appointed his chief of staff, Jeffrey S. Boyd, the newest justice on the Texas Supreme Court, where on Dec. 3 he will fill the seat vacated in September by Justice Dale Wainwright.
