CPSC To Issue Study Linking Bed Rails To 150 Adult Deaths

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 7:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is set to release a study that connects 150 adult deaths to bed rails, an official said Monday, as the agency works with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to resolve the uncertainty surrounding oversight of the products.
