Judge To Review Weinberg Docs In Chevron Enviro Case

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 6:47 PM EST) -- A Washington magistrate judge on Monday partly reconsidered an order compelling consulting firm The Weinberg Group to produce documents in a suit over an $18 billion Ecuadorean oil spill judgment, agreeing to review some privileged documents before turning them over to Chevron Corp.
