Orrick China Partner To Join Asian Development Bank As GC

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 10:26 PM EST) -- The China senior partner for Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, who specializes in energy and infrastructure projects, will leave the firm at the end of the year to take over as general counsel for the Asian Development Bank, the firm announced Tuesday.

Christopher Stephens, a 28-year veteran who has been at Orrick since 2005, will take over for retiring ADB general counsel Jeremy Hovland, a longtime attorney for the project finance bank.
