Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 9:03 PM EST) -- The American Petroleum Institute asked an appeals court Tuesday to block the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s biomass-based diesel fuel mandate for 2013 — an escalation of the group’s assault on renewable fuels that is driving a wedge between the oil and biofuels industries' policy agendas.
