Fed. Circ. Says Its Patent Injunction Standard Holds Sway

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 4:29 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit's preliminary injunction standard in patent infringement cases applies instead of a more stringent Second Circuit standard, according to the Federal Circuit, which on Tuesday gave a second chance to a goggles maker seeking an injunction against a competitor.
