Manpower Asks 7th Circ. To Revive $2.9M Building Collapse Row

Law360, Chicago (November 27, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- Manpower Inc. told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that its $2.9 million claim for losses tied to the partial collapse of its subsidiary's building in Paris is not covered by a local insurance policy and must instead be picked up by the Insurance Co. of the State of Pennsylvania.
