NAACP Loses Bid To Speed Up Minn. Light Rail Enviro Report

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied the NAACP’s effort to force the government to speed up an environmental impact study for a $957 million light rail project linking downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn., saying the study is proceeding reasonably.
