Cree Invented Semiconductor Tech Before Fox, Fed. Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 3:14 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit found Wednesday that parts of The Fox Group Inc.'s patent on certain silicon carbide crystals used in semiconductors were invalid, ruling that the target of Fox's patent infringement allegations, Cree Inc., developed the technology first.
