Dewey Creditors Defend Right To Pursue Ex-Executives

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 3:54 PM EST) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's unsecured creditors committee addressed objections Tuesday to its bid for authorization to prosecute claims on behalf of the debtor's estate against former executives, saying they don't meaningfully challenge its entitlement to standing, which the debtor itself has acknowledged.
