Labeling Changes, Not Ban, On Horizon For Energy Drinks

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 9:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration appears poised to set new labeling requirements on caffeinated energy drinks in the face of pressure from lawmakers, but attorneys say recent remarks by the agency show it is unlikely to impose age restrictions feared by manufacturers.
