11th Circ. Reinstates Suit Alleging Hair Bleach Caused Burns

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 4:55 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday revived a lawsuit brought by a Georgia woman who claims she suffered severe scalp burns from a defective hair bleach, finding the lower court had erred in excluding statements from the hair color company’s chairman.
