2 More Pa. Judges Contest State's Mandatory Retirement Law

Law360, Philadelphia (November 30, 2012, 5:40 PM EST) -- Two additional Pennsylvania judges sued the state’s governor and other officials Monday, mirroring the claims of six other judges who argued that a provision of the state constitution imposing a mandatory retirement age for the judiciary violates their rights under the U.S. and Pennsylvania constitutions.
