McGuireWoods Adds Energy Transactions Ace To NC Office

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 7:01 PM EST) -- McGuireWoods LLP has hired the former general counsel of a nonprofit energy trade group to its North Carolina team, a move that will enhance its mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and energy practices, the firm said Thursday.

Mark Griffith recently joined McGuireWoods as a partner in the firm's Raleigh, N.C., office.
