Dewey Creditors Win Right To Pursue Ex-Executives

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 6:36 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge approved Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's creditors committee's request for permission to prosecute claims on behalf of the debtor's estate against three former executives, saying the committee has established a sufficient basis to proceed with the claims.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn issued his order on the official committee of unsecured creditors' motion following a hearing.
