Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 5:13 PM EST) -- Chevron Corp. on Thursday disputed the jurisdictional authority of a Canadian court to hear a case in which Ecuadorian villagers are seeking to enforce a $19 billion judgment related to a decades-old oil spill, an award the company claims was reached through fraud.
