NLRB Digs In Ahead Of Recess Appointments Arguments

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 7:04 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board insisted Thursday that the president's January recess appointments to the agency were legitimate, in a final brief that sets the stage for oral arguments on Wednesday in a closely watched case brought by soft drink bottler and distributor Noel Canning.
