Greenberg Says Epstein Two-Timed It In Malpractice Case

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 8:22 PM EST) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP on Tuesday told a New York state court that Epstein Becker & Green PC's plan to sue it for legal malpractice over an arbitration in which they were serving as co-counsel is a breach of ethics so egregious the malpractice case must be dismissed.
