Appeals Court Refuses To Hear Mobil Dispute

Law360, New York (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has denied a review of an appeal by Mobil Oil Corp. units contending that a district court erred by remanding a putative class action alleging breach of contract and fraud claims to state court.
