Hitachi's TV Tariff Appeal Rebuffed By High Court

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 5:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take up Hitachi Home Electronics Inc.’s appeal of tariffs assessed on its merchandise and nixed the company’s argument that U.S. Customs and Border Protection had failed to act on its protests over the matter in a timely fashion.
