EPA Rebuffs Part Of Arizona Emissions Technology Plan

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 3:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule Tuesday approving the portion of Arizona's plan for best available retrofit technology to control sulfur dioxide and particulate matter, but shooting down the state's proposed limits for nitrogen oxide emissions in favor of federal standards.
