Pfizer Tells 8th Circ. Generic Drug Injury Claims Fail

Law360, Chicago (December 4, 2012, 7:33 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. told the Eighth Circuit on Monday that it could not be held liable in a product liability suit brought by a woman who allegedly suffered injuries after taking a generic version of anti-nausea drug Reglan, saying it didn't manufacture the product she ingested.
