Electricity Group Doesn't Want New Pa. PUC Alt. Energy Rules

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 4:58 PM EST) -- The Electric Power Generation Association on Tuesday urged the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission not to change regulations governing how electricity distributors must satisfy state-mandated alternative energy requirements, saying the proposed changes are unnecessary and will distort the market.
