Bickel & Brewer Axed From Contract Row Over Insider Bribes

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 7:23 PM EST) -- A Texas judge has ousted Bickel & Brewer LLP from representing a lead company that brought a multimillion-dollar breach of contract suit against a Chilean business partner, saying the law firm bribed an insider for confidential and privileged information.
