US, EU Request WTO Panel In Argentine Import Dispute

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 2:03 PM EST) -- The United States, the European Union and others have asked the World Trade Organization to resolve a dispute over Argentina's import restrictions, a top U.S. trade official said Thursday, a day after Argentina trumpeted its own WTO challenges against the U.S. and EU.
