Arkin on Wednesday appealed a judge's decision banning him from tapping into the coffers of the dissolving white collar boutique Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP without the consent of Howard Kaplan or Michelle Rice, ex-colleagues Arkin is suing over the dissolution.
Arkin filed a notice of appeal after Manhattan Supreme Court Judge O. Peter Sherwood required signatures "from each side" before money from AKR can be accessed.
