Pa. PUC Affirms Order Axing Decision In Gas Pipeline Row

Law360, Philadelphia (December 6, 2012, 3:46 PM EST) -- Overturning objections by a state industry group, Pennsylvania utility regulators said Wednesday they would not reconsider their decision to vacate a May ruling that suggested so-called midstream natural gas companies should not be considered "public utilities."
