Teamsters Tell DC Circ. DOT Eased Mexican Trucker Standards

Law360, Washington (December 6, 2012, 3:47 PM EST) -- The International Brotherhood of Teamsters urged the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to put the brakes on a cross-border trucking program with Mexico, claiming the U.S. Department of Transportation is holding Mexican drivers and trucks to lower medical, safety and emissions standards than their American counterparts.
