Lawmakers Want Compounding Group To Cough Up Docs

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 5:14 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of representatives on Friday asked the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists to release any documents showing it may have encouraged its members to stymie government investigations, in the wake of a recent deadly fungal meningitis outbreak traced back to a compounder.
