Ex-BP Exec Wants Delay In Obstruction Trial Over Gulf Spill

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 2:46 PM EST) -- A former BP PLC executive asked a Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday to postpone his trial on charges that he lied about how much oil was gushing out of a damaged well after the deadly Deepwater Horizon offshore platform explosion.
