PECO Loses Bid To Adjust Energy Efficiency Targets

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 6:02 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on Thursday reaffirmed energy efficiency benchmarks imposed under a 2008 law on PECO Energy Co., one of the state's largest electricity suppliers, rejecting the company's request for the commission to reconsider or lower those benchmarks.
