Auto-Owners Must Cover Junk-Fax Suit, Mich. Court Says

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- The Michigan Court of Appeals on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s finding that a business’ general liability policy provided coverage for a lawsuit alleging it sent unwanted faxes in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
