High Court Won't Review IP Deals' Validity Post-Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 6:06 PM EST) -- Bankruptcy trustees in the Seventh Circuit can't dispense with the intellectual property rights guaranteed to a licensee under an existing contract following the U.S. Supreme Court's Monday refusal to take up an appeal launched by Sunbeam Products Inc.
