Supreme Court To Tackle Paralegals' Fees

Law360, New York (November 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to weigh in on the rate at which paralegals' fees may be assessed against the U.S. government in adversarial and administrative proceedings, and more broadly to provide guidelines on how much plaintiffs can recover for the costs of paralegals' services.
