High Court Won't Hear Stryker, Acumed Patent Case

Law360, New York (November 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Supreme Court of the United States said on Tuesday that it would not hear Stryker Corp.'s appeal of a decision that found it liable for infringing an Acumed LLC patent related to bone fracture treatment.

Following its usual practice, the court gave no reason for its decision. Neither company could immediately be reached for comment on Tuesday.
