Indian Harbor Loses Bid To Keep $2.3M Landfill Dispute In SC

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 2:49 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday dismissed Indian Harbor Insurance Co.'s lawsuit against South Carolina landfill operators disputing the insurer's responsibility to provide coverage in two garbage odor cases — one of which has already resulted in a $2.3 million verdict — saying a separate suit filed by the companies in Arizona should proceed instead.
