Appeals Court Upholds Attorney’s Conviction

Law360 (November 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Florida attorney convicted of trying to obstruct separate investigations by a grand jury and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission into companies that he had ties in representing has lost his appeal of the adverse sentence.
