Chamber Wants Delay In ACA Exchange, Insurer Rules

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 4:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Monday urged the Obama administration to extend the public comment period for proposed rules mandated by the Affordable Care Act covering insurance exchanges and insurance market reforms, claiming the administration is ramming the complex regulations through the rulemaking process.
